Snorkeling at Tortuga Island
This tiny island is one of the most popular snorkeling and diving destinations in Costa Rica.
The reasons are simple: white sand, clear water and bright coral reefs. You can get there from
Montezuma and Mal Pais by boat or from Curú Reserve where you can do both boat and kayak.
If you prefer to move along the country by yourself there is the option of car rental. Even inside
Santa Teresa there are three different companies that rent them.
